​​​Radiation Safety and Nuclear Security (Control of Import and Export of Radiation Sources and other Controlled Items) Regulations 2019


​The Radiation Safety and Nuclear Security (Control of Import and Export of Radiation Sources and Other Controlled Items) Regulations 2019 (GN. No. 192 of 2019) came into force on 05 October 2019. These regulations make provisions for the importation and exportation of a radiation source and other controlled items.
