We welcome complaint, feedback and suggestion from our customers to further improve our services. Any complaint, feedback and suggestion may be submitted to us -

(i)  by submitting the Feedback/Suggestion Form in our suggestion box at our reception area. The Feedback/Suggestion Form may be downloaded here and is also available at our office.
(ii)  by sending a correspondence to the RSNSA.

All complaint, feedback and suggestion received will be dealt promptly in an objective manner.
