REGUL​ATION​S

​​​​RSNSA (Control of Import and Export of Radiation Sources and Other Controlled Items) Regulations 2019​​


T​​he Radiation Safety and Nuclear Security (Control of Import and Export of Radiation Sources and Other Controlled Items) (Amendment) Regulations, promulgated on 15 March 2021, has amended the First Schedule of the principal regulations cited as Radiation Safety and Nuclear Security (Control of Import and Export of Radiation Sources and Other Controlled Items) Regulations 2019 to include items falling under the HS Code 26.12 (Uranium or Thorium ores and concentrates).
