​​​Radiation Protection (Convention) Regulations 2013​

The Radiation Protection (Conv​ention) Regulations 2013 (GN No. 22 of 2013) came into force on 31 January 2013. The purpose of these Regulations is to domesticate the following conventions in our national legal framework:

• Joint Convention on the Safety of Spent Fuel Management and on the Safety of Radioactive Waste Management.
​• Vienna Convention on Civil Liability for Nuclear Damage
