​​​​Radiation Safety and Nuclear Security (Control of Import and Export of Radiation Sources and other Controlled Items) (Amendment) Regulations 2021


The Radiation Safety and Nuclear Security (Control of Import and Export of Radiation Sources and Other Controlled Items) (Amendment) Regulations 2021 (GN. No. 43 of 2021) came into force on 15 March 2021. These regulations revoked and replaced the First Schedule of the principal regulation the Radiation Safety and N​uclear Security (Control of Import and Export of Radiation Sources and Other Controlled Items) Regulations 2019.
