REGUL​ATION​S​

​​​​Radiation Safety and Nuclear Security (Occupational Radiation Protection) Regulations 2025 [GN No. 78 of 2025]

​A new set of regulations, cited as Radiation Safety and Nuclear Security (Occupational Radiation Protection) Regulations 2025, [GN No. 78 of 2025] made under the Radiation Safety and Nuclear Security Act 2018, came into force on 20 September 2025. These regulations aim to ensure the adequate protection of all radiation workers and make provisions on the following key areas:


  • ​. Individual monitoring of radiation workers
  • . Workplace radiation monitoring
  • . Health surveillance of radiation workers
  • . Use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
  • .​ Training in radiation safety​
