Radiological Emergency Response Service​


The RSNSA provides support and assistance in cases of radiological emergencies. Any radiological incident/accident which involved sources of ionising radiation should be reported to this Authority within 24 hours.​​

Any person who wishes to have radiological emergency support and assistance from the RSNSA is required to submit a complete and duly filled-in Radiological Incident/Accident Notification Form to the RSNSA. Any person suspecting a radiological incident may also wish to inform the National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Centre on (+230)207-3900/(+230)5729-6033, Police Information and Operation Room on 999, (+230)208-0034/0035 and the Mauritius Fire and Rescue Service on 115​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​.
